These are photos taken throughout the years. Pictured are people I love, playing and resting, along with beautiful and painful moments. I shoot mostly in analog because it’s tactile and risky. The small margin for error is challenging but makes any slightly discernable image feel like a miracle. And I am quite fond of miracles.
I take photos because they allow me to practice looking with intention, to create worlds beyond my own, to heal, to capture a history, a place, a people and most importantly, to tell a story.
